Ansgar Lutheran Housing is a management body incorporated to provide government-subsidized housing to low-income, functionally independent seniors in the Edmonton area. It currently operates two projects—Ansgar Villa and Trinity Lutheran House.

Ansgar Villa is a government-owned senior citizens' residence with 175 one bedroom suites.  Centrally located west of downtown Edmonton in the Oliver area, it is close to drugstores, medical clinics, grocery stores, restaurants, bus stops and much more.
