Trinity Lutheran House, a government-owned and subsized senior citezens' residence for functionally independent seniors features 36 well-appointed one bedromm suites. Located in a quiet neighbourhood only 2 blocks south of Whyte Avenue. Trinity Lutheran House offers you the convenience of neighbourhood grocery shopping, medical clinic, churches and major bus routes. It is also within walking distance of the famous Old Strathcona's many cafés, the farmers' market, banks, theatres, boutiques and a variety of cozy restaurants.
Trinity Lutheran House is designated a smoke-free environment with no pets allowed. Rent is very reasonable and based on your income. All applications are subject to board approval.
